Jill A. Richfield, R.D.
Specializing in child nutrtion, sports nutrition, health and wellness, vegetarians
Through my own personal experince and my experience as a professional I know what works and what does not, and each consultation is tailored to the individual’s goals and lifestyles. I have been on both ends of the spectrum as far as weight is concerned; being underweight throughout my school years and then a higher weight during my college years. I have put into practice everything I’ve learned as a professional and am now a successful marathon runner at a very healthy weight and am currently completing my certification as a personal trainer. Professionally I work with children and families on a daily basis so I am experienced in providing services relating to child and family nutrition issues and childhood obesity. No matter who you are, we can work together to make simple lifestyle changes that will help you meet your goals! I have planned weight/muscle gain diets, and have worked with every type of individual you could imagine, from pregnant mothers and athletes to older adults
