Suggestion about ratings!

Hello, I’d like to suggest that those who don’t actually hire and pay for service should not be able to rate advisors. I have a bunch of bad ratings from people who never even used my service and quit the chat before hiring. I don’t think that’s fair to advisors and it hurts my business on BitWine from actual paying clients.

Also, I’d like to be able to block such individiuals from contacting me who have no intention of paying for my service and are abusive.

I too requested that a bad rating be removed from a non-paying skpye/bitwine caller who was requesting inappropriate services. This has not been done and the request was ignored by Bitwine support.

Hi and thanks for the suggestions – We are working on a fix to the problem. As some services are free, we can not simply remove these feedbacks. However, we plan to put them in a separate secondary section. We are still reviewing other possible solutions.

Also, we have listen to your feedbacks and added the ability to block users from ever calling you again. You now have a “block user” link on your console.

this is really funny – we can block them from using out service and they are free to go and trash other experts profile as many many calls end without the ability of us to rate them back. I suggest no rating for no payments that will also prevent fake ratings by readers who made their friends call and put rating there. client that are blocked should be actually banned from the entire site until their banning is examined by the admin .

a very simple solution would be that some forms be filled out and those who do not speak correctly at least english, be not allowed into the system because I have seen some advisors here on bitwine that honestly… wouldn’t want any advice from them, thanks!
