Nutritionists from all over the country and even the world are at your fingertips in our network directory, so you can find the best fit for you, regardless of distance. Then meet with your advisor through your computer with full audio and visual interaction, as though you were sitting in the same room together.

We believe that in order to conduct a meaningful, productive session with a professional nutritionist, you should be able to speak with her face-to-face. The Nutrition Advisors Network allows you to do exactly that through the power of the Internet. To get set up, just follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the profiles of the Professional Nutritionists on our network, and find the one that best fits your needs . To help you find the right advisor for you, check the candidates' credentials, experience, rating, and reviews left by other clients.
2. If the advisor you choose is online you can start immediately chatting with her for free.
   If you prefer (recommended!) speaking for free with your advisor, click the green phone icon. You will first be guided to download the BitWine taskbar onto your computer. This taskbar will manage your calls with advisors on the network.
3. Once you feel confident about the advisor you have chosen, and agree to her rate, you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account to authorize the charge (or to create a PayPal account if you do not already have one).
4. If your chosen advisor is not online at the moment, you may schedule an appointment with her for a later time.

Notes:

• In order to conduct an audio session you will need a microphone and speakers or a headset.
• If you would like your advisor to be able to see you, then you will also need a webcam.
• In case you do not have a headset or a webcam, you can find a variety of these products on the Nutrition Advisors Network's online store.

All sessions you conduct with your advisor are completely private and confidential, just as if you were sitting in her office. Moreover, if you chose to, you may maintain your anonymity and refrain from revealing your real name and contact information.

All payments using PayPal are secure and do not require you to share any of your credit card or bank account information with the Nutrition Advisors Network or with your Advisor. All transactions are done directly with PayPal, the safest way to pay online.

Each professional nutritionist on the network sets her own per minute charge (most common is $0.50 to $2.00 per minute).

In order to make payments to advisors you will need to have a PayPal account. PayPal, owned by eBay, is the world's largest online payments system, accepted in 103 countries and regions. PayPal allows you to send payments by credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance.

You will begin paying for a session only after you are confident that the advisor you have chosen is capable of helping you. You can utilize our free chat and voice/video introductory session with the advisor to gain the level of confidence you need before deciding to pay for her services.

After you agree, you will be charged according to the per-minute rate of the advisor you have chosen. You can end the conversation at any moment, and be charged only for the time already spent. If unhappy with the service, you may also ask the advisor for a refund (while still on the call). However, advisors are not obligated to provide refunds.

The transaction of the funds from your PayPal account to the advisor's PayPal account will be initiated shortly after the end of the call.

Notes:

1. At the beginning of each paid session you will be asked to authorize a charge for that session. This is not the amount you are about to pay. It is the maximum amount you are authorizing for the session. The actual payment amount will be determined by the length of the session, and will not exceed the amount you have authorized. You can authorize more money if you choose to extend the length of your call.
2. If at any time you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, you can ask the advisor to pause charging, or you can disconnect the call yourself and you will be charged only for the length of the paid call up to that point in time.
3. At all times you will be able to easily and simply view the charging process through a meter that is displayed at the bottom of your computer screen.
