Nutrition and Weight Loss Advising


I truly believe that nutrition is the basis of good health and proper nutrition and fitness can be a preventative of many chronic illnesses. My passion for nutrition and fitness has expanded throughout the years. I believe I can give effective advice on general nutrition and fitness, weight loss/weight gain, pre-natal nutrition, healthy cooking and substitution, and something I call “resetting” your metabolism. Do you feel like you can only eat a minimal amount of calories everyday in order to not gain weight? Are you sick and tired of this and wish you could eat a normal amount of food without gaining weight? I believe I have your answer! Your metabolism has been damaged and I will help you understand the concept of “resetting” your metabolism and help you get you on track! I do not believe in diets of any kind. I do believe, however, in lifestyle change!

I have studied various aspects of human nutrition extensively for over 4 years. Through my nutrition college courses and my own in-depth personal studies, I believe I can effectively help those in need of various aspects of nutrition and fitness inquiry. *College Senior Thesis on Pre-Natal Nutrition *College research and personal research on human nutrition *Shadowed a registered dietitian in a community hospital for an extended period of time *Personal research on exercise methods *Founded and coached a college water polo club which focused on personal fitness *Competitive athlete (swimming/water polo) 14 years – 4 years at college level
